Efectivamente, he escrito un email al departamento de ingenieria de Zyxel en Taiwan y esta es la respuesta:

Dear Sir/Madam,

If you want to keep the commands in memory in every reboot,
please enter it in autoexec.net file.

The procedure is as follows.
1. Please login to SMT menu by console or telnet.
2. Please enter 24.8 and issue CI command: "sys edit
autoexec.net".
3. You should follow these instructions to edit it.
q(uit) x(save & exit) i(nsert after) d(elete) r(eplace) n(ext)
4. After you save the new setting, you could use "sys edit
autoexec.net"
again to see if it's changed.

Redirigir puerto 80 para servidor web en Zyxel 650HW-31

Problemas en el Camino...

Despues de poner bien el NAT dirigiendo el 80 al pc que actua de servidor web entra por telnet al router, entra a la opcion 24 y dentro de ella a la 8.
Entraras en un interprete de comandos.
Escribe:
ip nat loopback on
exit

Y prueba ahora el servidor web
